How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team through the app's My Account page. Have your order reference or the email you used at checkout ready.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is completed, your 12-month full access ends and the app returns to the free plan. Any progress you made while practicing stays in your account.
Timing
Approved refunds are handled by Paddle and usually appear on your payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
